1st transnational meeting, 30-31 October, 2023, Toulouse, France

On 30-31 October 2023, the 1st Transnational Meeting (kick-off) of the PREV-HED Erasmus+ project successfully took place in Toulouse, organized by the NGO “Les Militants Des Savoirs”. The partners had the chance to meet each other and discuss the project. During the meeting, the coordinator welcomed all partners and presented the project’s scope, goals, and milestones. Each partner then gave a short presentation introducing their team members, expertise, role, and contribution to the project.

2nd transnational meeting, 13-14 June, 2024, Porto, Portugal

The 2nd Transnational Meeting of the PREV-HED Erasmus+ project took place on 13-14 June 2024, in Porto. The main topic of this meeting was to present and gather all partners’ feedback on the report titled “Volume 1: Research into existing protocols for the prevention of sexual harassment in higher education institutions and best practices in individualized education.” The report gathers and reviews best practices for the prevention of sexual harassment in higher education institutions from all member countries. Moreover, the PREV-HED consortium discussed the upcoming steps of the project.

3rd transnational meeting, 20-21 January, 2025, Madrid, Spain

The 3rd Transnational Meeting (TPM3) focused on the ongoing pedagogical development (WP3), reviewing progress on learning materials and training methodologies. The initial stages of designing the learning environment involving planning and preliminary design considerations was also discussed. As always, the meeting covered essential project management aspects, including overall progress, financial review, risk assessment, and coordination among partners. Furthermore, discussions on continuous efforts in dissemination and exploitation to ensure broader reach and impact, alongside ongoing quality assurance measures.

4th transnational meeting, 12-13 June, 2025, Thessaloniki, Greece

The two-day PREV-HED project meeting brought together all partners to review progress and coordinate key activities aligned with the current phase of the project. The event provided an important opportunity for collaborative discussion on project management, dissemination, technical development, and piloting preparations.

The event opened with a welcome from INFALIA and an overview of the agenda. Then, the project coordinator, the Association Les Militants des Savoirs, presented updates on the overall project status, timeline, budget, and administrative matters. FEMXA followed with a summary of dissemination achievements and outlined upcoming outreach activities. INFALIA then presented the development of the chatbot and showcased its operation through a live demonstration, followed by a discussion on feedback and next steps. At the end of the first day, FEMXA introduced the e-learning platform, followed by a discussion on the virtualization of training materials and the progress of MOOC implementation.

The second day centered on preparations for the piloting phase, quality assurance, and sustainability planning. The Association Les Militants des Savoirs reported on the training content, while Universidad Rey Juan Carlos outlined the pilot implementation strategy, including participant selection and evaluation methods.
