Prevention protocols and creation of prevention ambassadors

Learning about formal reporting protocols and the role of 'prevention ambassadors' in fostering a safer community and peer support.

Module 5

Training in student mediation, listening posture, victimology and mutual aid

Developing practical skills for active listening, student-led mediation, understanding victim support needs, and building mutual aid networks.

Module 6

Prevention and management of sexual harassment in professional relations in academia

Addressing harassment in professional hierarchical relationships, power dynamics in research and teaching, and management strategies for institutions.
